The role involves responding to customer questions through chat, email, and telephone; assisting customers with onboarding, technical and billing issues; and acting as a customer advocate. No prior work experience is required, but candidates need strong English communication, a high school degree, interest in Linux or Windows administration or troubleshooting, and readiness to work afternoon and night shifts. The position starts at $660 USD gross and includes training, a defined promotional path, and company-paid certifications.
