Description
SOCOTEC is hiring an Entry Level Laboratory Technician for its Construction Materials Testing Lab. The role performs standardized laboratory tests on concrete, soil, asphalt, masonry, and other construction materials; reports results according to ASTM or other standards; maintains laboratory equipment; and assists with construction materials testing. Training is provided, and candidates are expected to obtain ACI Lab Concrete Testing Certifications within six months. The position pays $18-$22 per hour and requires strong mathematical and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to learn technical skills.
