Description
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents; researching legislation, case law, and legal doctrine; monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings; preparing case reports; assisting clients; maintaining legal files; and participating in meetings, conferences, and due diligence. It requires a completed law degree, active OAB registration, prior civil litigation and arbitration experience, and strong Portuguese and English legal writing skills.
