The Junior Licensed Community Association Manager supports the day-to-day administration and operations of residential community associations. Responsibilities include assisting with resident and board communication, budgeting, invoicing, expense monitoring, vendor coordination, enforcement of community rules, recordkeeping, and meeting minutes. The role requires a valid Florida Community Association Manager license or equivalent certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
