RaceRocks is hiring a Junior Learning Designer to support the design and development of training systems for defence, aerospace, and marine clients. The role involves collaborating with SMEs, Learning Designers, artists, and project managers; creating lessons, storyboards, and multimedia eLearning content; authoring courses; testing Distributed Learning packages in LMS environments; and evaluating SCORM/xAPI reporting. It is a full-time remote contract position with a salary of $52,741.50 to $65,926.87, requiring at least one year of educational technology and adult learning experience, practical online or blended learning experience, instructional design knowledge, content authoring proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
