Description
The Junior M&A Project Manager will support wpd’s M&A team in Bremen with company and project documentation, financial modeling, company and project assessments, due diligence coordination, interdisciplinary team coordination, and contract negotiations. The role requires a degree in business administration or economics, initial practical experience in a relevant field, strong German and English skills, analytical and communication abilities, and proficiency with Office applications, especially Excel.
