Ennatuurlijk is hiring a Junior Maintenance Coordinator to support preventive and corrective technical maintenance of its complex district heating network serving Tilburg, Breda, and Geertruidenberg. The role involves monitoring installation performance, preparing work with internal and external partners, observing contractors, processing maintenance records, and eventually participating in on-call fault response. Candidates need an MBO/HBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Measurement and Control Technology, a category B driving license, strong technical and communication skills, and residence in or willingness to travel within the service area. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,214 to €4,758 and secondary benefits including a company car, pension accrual, vacation days, and health insurance support.
