Description
Orguel is hiring a Junior Maintenance Engineering Analyst to analyze maintenance KPIs, prepare management reports, maintain records and parameters in a maintenance management system, support system users, identify process improvements, monitor maintenance costs, and support operational efficiency projects. The role requires an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge, data-analysis skills, and strong communication; Protheus and maintenance KPI or asset-management knowledge are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM, with transportation, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, pension, study support, wellness benefits, and a profit-sharing program.
