One Communications Brava Team is hiring an entry-level, full-time Junior Managed Services Engineer to work on-site as a Smart Hands resource. The role involves staging, transporting, configuring, and installing equipment at customer sites, assisting with troubleshooting and equipment swaps, maintaining installation documentation, and responding to periodic after-hours callouts. Candidates need at least one year of experience, preferably in IT helpdesk or engineering, along with telecommunications, cybersecurity, or IT-services knowledge, troubleshooting skills, network-cabling ability, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
