COGEFI is recruiting a Junior Management Controller to support management with economic and financial analysis across a multi-company scope covering varied business activities. Reporting to a Senior Management Controller, the role involves monitoring financial and operational performance, advising on strategic decisions, participating in audits and inventories, proposing corrective actions, analyzing company performance, preparing forecasts and budgets, and contributing to cross-functional projects. The desired profile includes a higher education qualification in management, initial experience in finance, management control, or audit, or significant internship experience for recent graduates. The role requires organization, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with office software, Excel, business intelligence tools, and ERP systems.
