Küchen Aktuell is hiring a Junior Management Trainee for its planned Flensburg location, with onboarding in another regional location until the 2027 opening. The role manages, qualifies, and motivates kitchen sales consultants and planners; onboards and develops employees; analyzes sales KPIs; supports the Sales Manager; and contributes to process improvement. Applicants need a completed commercial retail apprenticeship or a relevant degree, initial sales experience, strong IT skills, and a customer- and service-oriented approach.
