Bosch’s Junior Managers Program (JMP) is an accelerated development program for high-potential engineers on the Automation & Smart Manufacturing track. The role involves rotations across technical functions and manufacturing with emphasis on automation, robotics, digitalization, MES, smart factory initiatives, and industrialization of automated production lines, while developing leadership, communication, and project management skills through cross-functional projects and mentorship.
