Bosch is seeking tech-savvy master’s graduates for its Junior Managers Program in IT, designed to prepare future technology leaders through 12–24 months of rotations across digital and business areas in Germany and abroad. The role focuses on Bosch’s digital transformation, including cloud transformation, enterprise application migration, digital business models, global IT strategy, web services, microservice architectures, and data pipelines. Candidates should have a strong master’s degree in a relevant field, interest or experience in cloud, IoT, Big Data, AI, software or data analytics, practical programming exposure, strong communication skills in English and German, and a strategic, people-centered leadership mindset. The position offers an open-ended contract, hybrid working, mentoring, and multiple development rotations.
