Robert Bosch GmbH is recruiting Master’s graduates for its Junior Managers Program, a 12- to 24-month rotational leadership development journey across predominantly commercial and IT-related departments in Germany and abroad. Participants will analyze complex business challenges, identify optimization opportunities, develop data-driven and digital solutions, and work on market analyses, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The program requires a relevant full-time Master’s degree, strong analytical and data skills, English proficiency, good German, and at least three months of international experience; it offers mentoring, flexible hybrid work, and a permanent employment contract.
