The employer is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer, Welding to design, manage, and optimize welding production processes and factory layouts. The role covers process design, project management, startup oversight, time studies, SOPs, data analysis, process innovation, and on-site welding-shop support. Candidates should have a technical degree or equivalent experience, limited work experience or recent graduation, welding-drawing and process knowledge, MS Office and CAD/CAM or AutoCAD skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
