Description
Compass is hiring a Junior/Mid Software Engineer for the Clipboard product team to build and support school extracurricular management software. The role focuses on taking well-scoped work from ticket to production, writing and reviewing clean tested code, shipping incrementally with feature flags, documenting technical decisions, using AI-assisted development tools, and collaborating with product, engineering, and support to resolve issues. The position is hybrid based out of the North Sydney office in Australia and requires a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, along with familiarity with the listed modern web and cloud stack.
