The role conducts low- to medium-complexity negotiations with debtors to develop payment solutions, record information in client systems, monitor activity, and prepare procedural and negotiation opinions. It requires a high school diploma, basic negotiation and administrative knowledge, CRM or collections-system familiarity, and effective communication and organizational skills.
