ELCA is hiring a Junior .NET Engineer to develop and maintain production-ready software for customers using .NET and C#. The role involves agile, cross-functional collaboration, understanding business requirements, code reviews, testing, clean architecture, and purposeful use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. Candidates should have a completed Computer Science or related degree, initial .NET/C# development experience, familiarity with Git and Maven, interest in CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, and fluent German and English.
