Calsoft Systems is hiring a Microsoft Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide implementation, support, and maintenance for client network and infrastructure environments. The role covers Microsoft Windows and Office applications, Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware virtualization; Windows Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, Exchange, and Active Directory; WAN and LAN connectivity; routers, firewalls, and security products; ticket resolution; and client and vendor coordination. The position requires fluent Japanese, remote work with limited supervision, and frequent travel to client sites in the Chicago area, with occasional overnight or extended stays.
