Description
The Junior Network Engineer supports the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructures for multiple customers in a shared services team. The role operates and maintains LAN/WAN, datacenter, and security components in a 24/7 production environment, including network monitoring, alert and incident support, basic troubleshooting, network changes, and maintenance. The position requires one year of hands-on network operations experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, English fluency, on-call capability, and mandatory familiarity with F5 and Fortinet firewalls.
