Domino’s Team 5280, an independently owned nine-store Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Junior Operating Partner to lead pizza-store operations, drive sales and financial performance, develop team members, deliver hospitality, and build community engagement. The role offers hourly earnings of $51,480–$52,910 annually based on a 50-hour work week, daily cash tips, an operating-partner bonus, training for advancement, and partially paid health insurance. No experience is necessary, and the position requires work from November through March of the ski season year for the ski pass/cash bonus.
