Domino’s Team 5280 is hiring a Junior Operating Partner to manage high-volume Domino’s store operations, drive sales and financial performance, lead and develop teams, deliver excellent food and hospitality, and build community relationships. The role includes hourly earnings, daily cash tips, an operating partner bonus, training for advancement, and partially paid health insurance; no prior experience is necessary, and the employee must work November through March of the ski season year to receive the ski pass or cash bonus.
