BCC Banca Iccrea is hiring a Junior Operation Support - Internal Controls professional in Rome to support regulatory guidance on Banking Transparency and Anti-Usury, help affiliated banks prepare and configure transparency documentation, prepare business requirements and user acceptance tests, monitor financial and cost indicators, and participate in regulatory and product-related working groups. The role requires a relevant degree, at least six months of consulting or banking corporate-control experience, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and banking regulations, and teamwork skills. It is a temporary agency contract with 37 weekly hours and a gross annual salary of €35,000 to €39,000.
