AB InBev is hiring a Junior Operations Manager – Integrations and Reporting for its People Tech Global team in Brazil. The role manages a Brazil-based integrations and reporting team, oversees HR-platform integrations, data reconciliation, system configuration, incident and ticket resolution, reporting improvements, and simple enhancements. It also involves Workday process optimization, requirements analysis, process automation, stakeholder management, documentation and training, and ongoing application monitoring and troubleshooting. Candidates should have experience with Workday and HR systems, MSSQL, TypeScript with Nest.js, Next.js, Azure Cloud, ServiceNow or similar incident-management tools, strong IT-systems experience, advanced English, and a completed higher-education degree.
