Enpal is hiring an Operations Specialist to own and improve operational workflows, identify manual effort and process gaps, and develop data-driven automation solutions. The role involves hands-on process work, complex-case handling, and collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Quality Management, Finance, and Accounting. Candidates should have solid operations experience, strong structured problem-solving skills, and very good German and good English skills. The position is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain and uses a hybrid working model.
