Chubb Fire & Security France is hiring a Junior Operations Specialist for its Finance Shared Services Center. The role supports Accounts Receivable operations by applying customer cash receipts, reconciling customer accounts, resolving unapplied or mismatched payments, monitoring invoice discrepancies, maintaining financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and contributing to process improvements. The position requires a relevant degree, basic Accounts Receivable and accounting knowledge, Microsoft Excel proficiency, French at minimum A2 level, and strong accuracy, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
