Description
Enpal is hiring a Junior Operations Specialist to support and coordinate sales partners and internal teams throughout the sales process. The role handles operational questions and cases, resolves issues, coordinates specialist departments, monitors processes and KPIs, and improves workflows. It requires approximately two years of professional experience in operations, customer success, account management, partner management, sales support, or a comparable field, native-level German or C2, and good English. The position is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
