Dow is hiring an Operations Technician (I) to work in the sealant formulation and filling areas at its Campinas plant in Brazil. The role involves operating mixing vessels and packaging equipment, handling raw materials, monitoring formulations and operating parameters, performing inspections and production records, supporting filling and packaging, conducting operational cleaning, completing shift handovers, participating in emergency response, and performing first-line maintenance. The position requires a high school diploma, a technical course in Chemistry, shift availability, and physical fitness; chemical or silicone industry experience, SAP knowledge, and industrial safety experience are preferred.
