Description
The Junior Operator will work from the Operations Control Center in Sint-Michielsgestel on a five-shift schedule, supporting the remote management of generation and distribution installations for district heating networks across the Netherlands. Responsibilities include operating process parts, monitoring installations, handling notifications and deviations, executing start-and-stop instructions, coordinating with managers and experienced operators, recording actions in the asset management system, and participating in the Incident Reporting Desk after onboarding. The role is intended for an entry-level, eager-to-learn candidate with an MBO3 qualification in AOT or Process Technology, or willingness to complete training, and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,214 to €4,758.
