The role covers technical bid preparation, independent cost estimation, complex tendering offers, risk identification, change-order and supplementary-bid estimation, procurement negotiations, and technical clarification. Candidates need a civil or business engineering degree, technician or foreman training, or proven experience in pipeline, road, or civil/earthworks construction, along with estimating or construction-management experience and strong project-management skills. Knowledge of ITWO, MS Office, commercial construction software, and German is requested or advantageous.
