Marks & Spencer is hiring a Junior Packaging Manager for a 13-month fixed-term contract to manage packaging projects from initial brief through production. The role coordinates stakeholders, approves artwork and development samples, manages proofing and pre-production, maintains supplier and team relationships, and applies sustainability, compliance, legal, brand, and international labelling requirements. Candidates should have knowledge of packaging artwork, reproduction, print, offline processes, packaging construction, and production; strong communication, proofreading, attention to detail, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; and the ability to manage changing priorities under pressure. The role is hybrid, with support teams in the office three days per week.
