Description
Kaiser is hiring a Junior Pattern Maker near Aschaffenburg to develop patterns in CAD, support apparel styles from concept through prototypes and production release, participate in fittings, optimize fit and construction, create technical documentation, support grading and size runs, and collaborate with design, development, production, and international partners. The role requires apparel technology or pattern-making training, initial pattern-making or technical-development experience, CAD proficiency, knowledge of fit and construction, familiarity with PLM, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office, and German and English language skills. It is a permanent full-time position with training opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
