Transdev is hiring a Junior Performance Manager Rail to support the continuous improvement of operational and economic performance in its rail companies. The role analyzes operating and quality data, prepares traffic-contract deviations, develops KPI and reporting systems, assesses contractual penalties and economic impacts, and follows up on improvement measures. It requires a relevant degree, rail or public-transport experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and knowledge of rail operations; BI and data-visualization knowledge are advantageous.
