ON THAT ASS is hiring a Junior Performance Marketer to optimize and grow its affiliate and paid social channels as part of an international growth strategy. The role involves analyzing CPA, conversion rates, and ROI; adjusting campaigns; and developing sustainable partnerships. Candidates should have a commercial HBO-level degree, 0–2 years of experience, fluent Dutch and English, and an affinity for data and commercial promotions. The position offers a starting gross salary of €2,900 per month based on 40 hours, plus travel, vacation, holiday pay, pension contributions, and a 32–40-hour work week.
