The Junior Planner supports project planning, scheduling, and project controls across the project lifecycle by maintaining integrated schedules, coordinating stakeholder inputs, preparing resource and labour plans, monitoring schedule performance, conducting critical-path and risk analyses, supporting Earned Value Management reporting, and presenting updates to project leadership. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or diploma and 2 to 5 years of project planning, scheduling, or project controls experience, along with scheduling software, Excel, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
