ETSA Estudios Técnicos is hiring a Junior Planning Analyst to support the GSP project in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves preparing service plans and master schedules, monitoring tactical plans and operational activities, coordinating constraints and area plans, preparing reports and statistics, managing supplies, and supporting project meetings. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as a senior planning analyst or in a similar role, a bachelor's or professional degree in a relevant engineering discipline, and preferably PMBOK, project planning, or MS Project experience. The position is based in Lima and includes payroll enrollment from the first day, biweekly payments, and 80% EPS health insurance coverage.
