Description
The Test Engineer manages and stabilizes test processes and equipment for electronic product manufacturing, troubleshoots failures and anomalies, analyzes yield and defect data, validates test conditions for NPI and new products, supports production and quality teams, performs rework and retesting, and maintains technical documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, knowledge of test processes and electronic manufacturing, basic to intermediate Excel skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
