Randstad is hiring a full-time Product & Process Engineer to bridge R&D and production in electronics. The role coordinates products through production, prepares work instructions and machine programs for complex PCB finishing, develops technical solutions, manages document configurations, adjusts work descriptions and planned times, and analytically addresses quality issues to optimize processes. Candidates need a master’s degree in Electromechanics or Electronics, experience with production processes, workflows, assembly, and quality topics, with CAD (Inventor) knowledge preferred.
