Description
The Technology Technician/Technologist serves as a technical liaison and project driver between the production floor, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders. The role oversees process attributes, sample and machine specifications, quality control systems, production trials, SOP updates, manufacturing specifications, and the deployment, maintenance, and operational support of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). It also involves resolving technical issues, coordinating with quality and technical teams, and supporting digital transformation of the shopfloor. The position requires a technical university or college degree, 1–2 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience, familiarity with manufacturing systems and data analytics, strong English communication, and proficiency with office software.
