Description
The Junior Procurement Analyst will support the Supply team with procurement operations, including issuing and closing purchase orders, obtaining supplier quotes, negotiating commercial terms, managing supplier records, following up on deliveries, resolving purchase-order and invoice discrepancies, and contributing to KPIs such as savings, SLA compliance, and on-time delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree or current pursuit in a relevant field, prior purchasing, supply, or warehouse experience, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
