Hy2gen is hiring a Junior Procurement Manager to support operational purchasing, supplier relationship management, supplier qualification, purchasing-system operations, contract negotiations, and the implementation of digital procurement solutions. The role is based at the company's headquarters in Wiesbaden, starts immediately, and is full-time with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates need a relevant degree or commercial training, 2–5 years of procurement or supply-chain experience, supplier-management and contract-management knowledge, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
