Miratech is hiring a Junior Product Manager to support the Five9 Dialer cloud-based customer engagement platform. The role translates business objectives into product requirements, manages the backlog, coordinates feature delivery and releases, supports testing and operational validation, analyzes performance metrics, and collaborates with technology, operations, compliance, analytics, and vendor teams. The position requires 6+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, contact center operations, or a related discipline, along with Five9 Cloud and contact center technology knowledge. It is based in London or Brighton with three days per week in the office, and offers remote work, health insurance, language courses, and a relocation program.
