Junior Product Manager – Custom Made at Suitsupply

The Junior Product Manager – Custom Made will strengthen Suitsupply’s Custom-Made digital experience across stores and e-commerce by collaborating with Style Advisors, retail teams, and engineering to improve product configuration, order execution, workflows, and customer journeys. The role supports discovery and new-product initiatives, defines and tracks product KPIs, translates retail and customer needs into user stories, manages Agile backlogs and sprint reviews, and uses AI to improve productivity. No prior Product Management experience is required, but candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Custom Made processes and tailoring, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
