The organization is hiring a (Junior) Program Manager - Scholar Support & Quality to operate the Global Scholarship Program in Munich. The role owns scholar support, program quality, safeguarding-informed monitoring, evaluation, learning, and impact measurement, including data collection, reporting, SROI, and the annual report. It also coordinates scholar documentation, check-ins, inquiries, and support materials. The position requires relevant higher education and initial professional experience in student or youth support, program quality, or monitoring and evaluation, with MHPSS skills, strong English, and MS Office, Adobe, and Canva skills preferred or advantageous.
