EXP is hiring a Junior Project Accountant (Hybrid) for its Finance Operations team in the Shared Services Sector. The role supports project managers and sector leads by managing contract documents, change orders, project budgets, invoicing, project progress reports, cash-receipt variances, audits, vendor setup, and expense approvals. Candidates need a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, 2–4 years of accounting experience in an engineering firm, revenue-recognition knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and attention to detail, and familiarity with Deltek Vision or Vantage Point is advantageous. The salary range is $50,000 to $63,000, with health insurance and other benefits for full-time employees.
