WSP is hiring a Junior Project Controls Analyst to support complex projects by implementing project control plans, tracking earned value and schedule performance, maintaining budgets and work breakdown structures, identifying variances, preparing financial and progress reports, and coordinating invoicing and subcontractor payments. The role requires a relevant diploma or degree, 2–4 years of progressive project controls or cost controls experience, proficiency with Oracle Financial tools, Excel, forecasting, and financial analysis, and experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
