AUTO1 Group is hiring a Junior Project Manager – Business Analytics in Madrid, Spain, to support the strategy, growth, and operations of its Branch Real Estate & Expansion team across Europe. The role involves querying and interpreting data, conducting analytical workstreams, prototyping dashboards and lightweight internal tools, identifying operational inefficiencies, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. It requires 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, engineering, or a similar analytical role, strong SQL skills, quantitative education, and fluency in Spanish and English.
