Colliers is hiring a Junior Project Manager, also described as an Assistant Project Manager or Junior Construction Project Manager, to manage commercial property refurbishment and fit-out projects across Poland. The role coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, monitors costs and change requests, supervises construction work, supports design and as-built documentation, and participates in client and site meetings. Candidates need higher education in civil, electrical, or environmental engineering, at least one year of relevant experience, English communication skills, MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge, and availability for approximately 80% site work and 20% office or remote work.
