Description
The Creative Junior Project Manager will develop project management skills by routing internal creative work through project lifecycles, coordinating teams, maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, capturing feedback, identifying risks, and supporting project planning. The role may eventually manage a small client while assisting a senior project manager on a larger client and will support collaboration across LATAM and US hubs. It requires 3–5 years of professional experience, familiarity with Asana and Google Suite, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The position is fully remote or hybrid in Mexico City and offers a base salary, unlimited vacation, a phone, internet, and food stipend, health insurance, and professional development.
