BORGEL is hiring a Junior-Projektleiter to support interdisciplinary construction project teams, with a focus on quality and occupational safety. The role involves coordinating safety measures, risk assessments, safety briefings, site inspections, quality controls, documentation, external partners, and process improvements while working closely with project managers, site managers, and installation teams. The position requires regular site visits, strong communication, structured and responsible work, and willingness to develop independently; technical education or a degree in construction, building technology, or a related field is preferred, while prior construction or project experience is advantageous but not required.
